How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
How do you deal with faulty products?
Our products are produced in a strict quality control system. During the guarantee period, we will send replacements with new orders for small quantities or repair defective batches.
