Q: Can I cut my LED strip lights?
Yes, you can cut LED strip at soldering point. 3LEDs can be cut for 12v LED strip lights, 6LEDs can be cut for 24v LED strip lights. You can see clearly the cutting mark on LED strip light.
Q: Are LED light strips dimmable?
Our high CRI LED strip lights can be fully dimmable, you can use a LED dimmer to dim it from dark to brightest LED strip lights.
Q: Can you custom length LED strip lights?
Normally, we make 5m per roll of LED strip lights. We can also custom different length, 1m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 10m, 20m, 30m, etc LED strip lights available.
Q: How to connect LED strip lights to power supply?
If you use a LED power supply, you can directly connect the wires, please make sure the output of LED power supply low voltage are the same with LED strip lights. If you use a LED power adapter, you can use a LED strip connector 2 pin with a male connector, and connecting them correctly.
Q: How should I choose 12v or 24v LED strip light?
Roughly, not much differences between 12v or 24v LED strip. When you use low power consumption, we suggest 12v strip light, because the cutting length is less than 24V. When you use high power LED strip, we suggest 24v LED strip, because LED strip light voltage drop is less.
Q: What are the beam angle and warranty details?
Our LED strips feature a 120° beam angle for wide light distribution and come with a reliable 2-year warranty for your peace of mind.
